• To qualify for a referral reward, the referred contact must purchase a qualifying BDSA subscription. Qualifying subscriptions start at $650/month.

• Referral payouts will be processed within thirty (30) days following receipt of the referred client’s initial payment to BDSA.

• Cash rewards may be issued in the form of a gift card or via ACH transfer, at BDSA’s discretion.

• Invoice credits may be applied toward a future renewal or subscription upgrade in the event there are no outstanding invoices under the referrer’s current subscription term.

• Current clients must be in good standing and up to date on all payments to be eligible to receive invoice credits.

• BDSA will not provide refunds, cash equivalents, or retroactive adjustments for invoices already paid prior to the application of any earned credit.

• BDSA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program, or to determine eligibility, at its sole discretion.
